This beautiful image is of the Lord Ganesh, the Hindu God that is the bringer of good luck, prosperity, good fortune and good health. The image was taken at the Calgary Zoo outside the Elephant enclave. (my designer Edwin Herrenschmidt removed the non-descript zoo background). As my wife was born Hindu, it was time to honour her heritage. Please note, this is not a half-naked dancing elephant. Here is the original photo for comparison
