In return, we offer the gift of fine dining. We spent some time deciding who reflected the care, quality and service that we strive to provide for each and every one of our patients. The Creative Restaurants Inc. group of restaurants (Wildwood, Bonterra and Catch) were chosen for these reasons and more.

For every person who is referred to us for care, you will receive a $20 gift certificate which may be redeemed at any of the 3 restaurants listed above. Additional referrals will also be rewarded. And if you refer a total of 4 new clients to our practice, we will double the reward for the fourth, providing you with a total of $100.00 (3 X $20 + 1 X $40 = $100) worth of fine dining with our thanks.

However, we don't want you to stop there. To enhance the rewards program, we will continue with the restaurant gift certificates for future referrals, with additional awards reached at 10, 25, 50 and 100 referrals.

For 10 referrals, we offer 4 nights of Famous Night out at the Movies, single night theatre, concert or other production for two, golf passes, sports event tickets for two, car detailing, day spa experiences, and more.

For 25 referrals, we offer your choice of seasons subscription to ballet, theatre, concert, or opera for two, seasons passes for skiing, original bronzes sculptures, and more.

For 50 referrals, we will reward a trip for two to Las Vegas for 4 days.

And for 100 referrals, we will reward a trip for two to Mexico for 1 week!
